The iheart cafe began in heart of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2011 and they decided to open one in the foothills of Himalayas in India. They wanted the identity to reflect the core beliefs of the cafe and their glocal approach. So, I started off with the basic idea of pictogram and then introduced Hindi into it to connect with the Indian culture (especially north India) which literally translates into heart! The whole brand language, packaging, and artworks were designed carefully to match the ambience and unique feel of the cafe which is runs on the belief of preserving and re-purposing things around them.
